Do I need support for my website?
You will need website maintenance to ensure that your website functions properly. A lot can go wrong, here are the top reasons why I recommend you make sure your website is maintained.
The website will not be optimised, which means it’ll start to slow down providing a poor user experience and gradually losing your SEO rank.
Your wordpress core, themes and plugins will go out of date leading to either your website being hacked, or just eventually breaking.
You won’t have any backups if your website breaks.
You wont receive any reports on your website which means you wont have any incentive to improve it and use it for the powerful marketing tool that it can become.
You won’t have a trusted contact to improve your website or fix any issues that might arise.
Is there a setup or cancellation fee?
Theres never a fee to cancel one of my maintenance plans. I just need a months notice.
If I’m building or redesigning your website then there is no setup fee if you join one of my maintenance plans straight away.
If it’s been more than 3 months since I built your website or any changes have been made to the website then there will be an initial setup fee of £150
Do you offer web hosting and maintenance?
Yes I offer both hosting and maintenance. Get in touch for more info on my hosting plans
How does the discount on hourly rate work?
Once you’ve used your allotted hours for your plan, then every other hours work after that will be subject to the discount for your plan.
Does my monthly update time roll over?
No, you’ll need to use your update time within the month, or it will expire.
What if I want to cancel the website maintenance plan?
Just send me one moths notice via email and I’ll start the cancellation process and stop providing support on the next billing cycle.
What if my site gets hacked while on the maintenance plan?
If your website gets hacked, I’ll fully restore your website to a clean unhacked version. It’ll be like nothing happened. To this date none of my maintenance plan websites have been hacked.
What if I pass on the maintenance plan and my website gets hacked.
Theres a £300 clean up fee, then I can immediately get you on a plan to avoid future hacks.
